How long does delivery take?
Delivery is free to all seven emirates. Orders are processed in 1–2 working days and arrive in 10–20 working days. You get a tracking link by email and WhatsApp as soon as your order ships. Personalised tags are made to order and can take up to 20 working days.
Will these fit my racket?
Overgrips, protector tape and the racket cover fit every standard padel racket, including Bullpadel, Adidas, Babolat, Head and Nox.
How do I pay?
Tap Order on WhatsApp in your bag. Your order arrives in our chat, we confirm it, and send you a secure Ziina payment link. Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We ship once it is paid.
Can I return something?
Yes. Unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Personalised tags are made to order and can only be returned if they arrive faulty.
Do you do team or club orders?
We personalise tags and pack grips in bulk for clubs, academies and corporate tournaments. Message us on WhatsApp with your numbers.
